Requirements:

Education:

B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical).

Experience:

You must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in storage tank and piping execution in any contracting company.

Technical:

  • Knowledge of technical standards like API / ASME / IS.
  • Planning, Scheduling and Overseeing the construction operations related to all kinds of tank and piping job with fittings and equipment.
  • Level – II certification (NDT) is an added qualification.

Others:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guiding junior engineer in construction activity on planning and execution.

Min 1 Year (B.E/B.Tech) and 2 Years (Diploma) of relevant Industrial/Power plant/Refinery work experience with EPC firms in construction/project dept.

Technical:

Knowledge on site execution of 33KV, 11KV, 3.3KV, 1.1KV & 415VTransformers, switchgears, PMCC, Lighting, Cabling, Earthing etc.,

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize and Review of Approved documents, Approved drawing, and schedules to ensure its completeness.
  • Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity for execution.
  • Ensuring timely completion of work, within budget, with 100% quality and 100% safety.
  • Materials reconciliation at site.
  • Organize and take part in review meeting at sites. Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensure all materials received at site in time.
  • Clear Understanding of Work scope & estimation with respect to execution of project.

Experience:

Min 2 Years(B.E/B.Tech) and 3 Years (Diploma) of relevant Industrial/Power plant/Refinery work experience with EPC firms

Technical:

Detailed engineering of instruments involved in storage tanks, Fuel Oil Handling Systems, Piping projects. i.e., various switches, gauges, transmitters, hookup, integration of instruments within the system etc.

Others:

Ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize and Review of order specification, drawing and schedules to ensure its completeness
  • Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time with proposal dept. before formal document submissions.
  • Cost effective engineering to meet customer specification.
  • Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
  • On approval of documents, timely indent shall be released to purchase dept.
  • All in house co-ordination for preparation of drawings, documents including follow-up, collection of input from various purchase dept.
  • Proactively work with procurement group to ensure vendors RFQ technical bid evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data bank records.

Min 3 Years (B.E/B.Tech) and 5 Years (Diploma) work experience with EPC firms doing Piping & Tankage jobs. More experienced persons will be considered for Senior position.

Technical:

  • NDT Level II of RT, PT, UT, MPT & RTFI

Others:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Familiar with standards and codes of ASME, ASTM, API & ISO etc.,
  • Expertise in interpretation of standards and convincing customer/consultant.
  • Scrutinize and review of order specification and prepare WPS and PQR and getting approval from customer/consultant.
  • Prepare QAP as per the requirement and getting it approved by customer/consultant.
  • Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
  • Familiar in different types of NDT techniques and must have good knowledge to interpret the results.
  • All inspections such as raw materials, in process and final inspection must be taken care.
  • Documentation/protocol as per customer formats and should take care of documentation control and record keeping.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.

Requirements:

Education:

B.E/B.Tech (Any Field)/ courses in material management

Experience:

Min 1 Years of relevant (Mechanical systems in Industrial/Power plant/Refinery) work experience with EPC firms

Technical:

Rudimentary technical awareness on raw material grades, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.

Others:

Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize and Review of indents to understand project requirements.
  • Sending out RFQ to approved vendor as specified by the projects.
  • Obtaining quotes and technical compliance form vendor and coordinating with the Engg/Project division to close indents.
  • Releasing Purchaser orders to chosen vendors after due discussion with the department head & management.
  • Ensuring timely submission of necessary documents from chosen vendor to ensure timely approval of engg documents.
  • Engaging in discussion with vendor and internally to resolve any issues during engineering approval.
  • Communicating manufacturing clearance to vendor after a[approval of documents
  • Engaging the vendor for periodic manufacturing status and timely dispatch of finished materials
  • Organizing logistical support based on project team requirement.
  • Sourcing new vendors for various items while maintaining vendor ties with regular vendors.
  • Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data bank records.
