Min 7 Years work experience with EPC firms taking care of EHS in mechanical construction work such as Piping & Tankage jobs.

Technical:

Diploma in Safety/HSE approved by govt.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with standards and codes on safety.
  • Plan, Implement and execute safety management.
  • Observe, audit and monitor safety on job sites, including personal, equipment and materials.
  • Providing guidance to the execution team, contractors and their workers regarding health and safety issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and workers to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Prepare Safety Manual for each site by taking into customer rules & regulations.
  • Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
  • Documentation as per customer formats and should take care of documentation control and record keeping.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.

Good Knowledge on Tally ERP 9.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry (Sales, Purchase, Receipts & Payments etc.,) in Tally ERP 9.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  • Preparation of Debtor/Creditor Statement and Reconciliation.
  • Maintenance of Accounts with Inventory.
  • GST Reconciliation and Filing of GST.
  • TDS & TCS data preparation.
  • Income & expenditure statement.
  • MIS Report.

  • Knowledge of technical standards like API / ASME / IS.
  • Planning, Scheduling and Overseeing the construction operations related to all kinds of tank and piping job with fittings and equipment.
    Level – II certification (NDT) is an added qualification.

Min 6 Years (B.E) and 8 Years (Diploma) of relevant Industrial/Power plant/Refinery work experience with EPC firms in design and costing dept.


Technical:
• Knowledge on API/ASME/IS standards.

• Detailed engineering on sizing of Transformers, switchgears, PMCC, Lighting, Cabling, Earthing etc., Instrument Selection & IO list preparation.


Roles & Responsibilities:
• Scrutinize and Review of Tender Documents, drawing and schedules to ensure its completeness.
• Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission
• Organize and take part in bid initiation & review meeting.
• Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensure all post bid/pre-bid clarifications are addressed.
• All in house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various vendors.
• Clear Understanding of Work scope & estimation with respect to execution of project.
• Ensure commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
• After order Scrutinize and Review of order specification, drawing and schedules to ensure its completeness.
• Cost effective engineering to meet customer specification.
• Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
• On approval of documents, timely indent shall be released to purchase dept.
• All in house co-ordination for preparation of drawings, documents including follow-up, collection of input from various purchase dept.
• Proactively work with procurement group to ensure vendors RFQ technical bid evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data bank records.
• Training junior Engineers to the requirement of Tendering as above.
