Our design includes pump skids for unloading from tankers/railway wagons and forwarding to process units and storage tanks, required electrical/ instrumentation, tracings and insulation as per customer requirements adhering to International and national standards. Our package also includes obtaining CCOE/PESO approval for the installations.

We undertake complete Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of various piping systems, along with the erection of underground piping with suitable standard protection. Structural works such as pipe racks and necessary supports are also fabricated and erected by us.
Our piping package covers both in-plant and external piping like Air, Water and Steam in IBR and Non-IBR categories. This package covers Valves, flanges, actuators and other instrumentation. Our experience also includes successful completion and commissioning of both on-shore and off shore piping with various materials such as carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, HDPE and DI pipes.
Our Fire Fighting and detection systems consisting of hydrant systems, MVWS, HVWS, Foam Protection, Gas suppression and microprocessor based detection and alarm system have been commissioned for various industrial sectors such as Power Plants, Process Plants and Metallurgical Plants. We completely design, fabricate, erect and commission Fire Detection, Alarm and Protection systems as per client’s requirement adhering to International/National standards.
